Durable Surfaces

Here at PFT Central we are always innovating.

Our new process combines the portability and speed of our machines to produce a surface that is as hard as concrete but is a fraction of the thickness and takes consideraly less time to dry!

This is achieved by first laying a porous tarmac layer followed by a special mix of floor screed that penetrates the tarmac, which when set gives a very stong and durable surface.

Paving

Block paving can be a very time consuming process. It can also have mixed results with blocks either sinking or moving. But when done right it can produce a very pleasing finnish to any environment it is used in.

By using our process of pumping a special screed between the blocks the resulting paving will provide a very stong and eye catching surface on which heavy loads can be transferred.

Free-Flowing Floor Screed

Gyvlon binder is used as a composite reactive filler in this pump-applied, free-flowing, self-compacting synthetic anhydrite floor screed. The screed is ideal for sub floor levelling, providing a smooth, flat surface for the application of most floor coverings.

Quality surface finish with minimal cracking and no curling

Reduced need for construction joints and no need for reinforcement

Ideal for use in all warm water underfloor heating applications

Foot traffic typically in 24 to 48 hours. Partitions can be erected a minimum of 7 days after placing
